My AK pattern Arsenal was a real pain to load the magazine into the gun and it had a long, heavy trigger pull that hindered its performance significantly. To put it plainly, the gun was not fun to shoot at all. I contacted the Gun Doctor and inquired about these issues, I was assured that both of these issues could be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast turnaround (I had my rifle back within a couple of days) and the excellent customer service throughout. The workmanship was amazing, it was like having a whole new rifle. The magazine loaded into the rifle without any fuss and the trigger broke crisply with little take-up.
